perform a physical examination.
The advice is based on the information, history, images, and reports provided
by me.
The doctor may advise in-person consultation or emergency
visit if required.
Tele-consultation is not suitable for all emergencies.
I will not hold the doctor or hospital legally responsible for any unforeseen
outcome due to limitations of tele-consultation.
My personal and medical information will be kept confidential
as per telemedicine guidelines.
